NPC registration essentials: CIPC BizPortal requires a minimum of three directors for an NPC. You may use an approved name reservation, give new name options, or register without a name. We will confirm any additional requirements before filing.

Directors and incorporators

An NPC needs at least three directors. Add every proposed director below. For each person, provide their details and a certified ID copy; smart ID cards need both sides.
